Day 1: Airport to Hakkari and short sightseeing
– Meet our guide at Van Airport (morning flight is preferable) and drive to our hotel in Hakkari (3 hrs drive)
– Short sightseeing in Çavuştepe Castle, Urartian rock writings, Hoşap Castle, and Gündoğdu cave
– Have a welcome dinner in a local restaurant.
– Our guide will give a program briefing and do a final equipment checkup
– Overnight in Hotel (Hakkari)

Day 2: Explore Berçelan Plateau
– After breakfast, transfer by a vehicle to Berçelan plateau where we will find ourselves in the middle of Hakkari and Cilo mountains
– Start hiking to Zinil Hill where we will have a short break here
– Continue to Meydan area and together we set up our campsite
– Explore the life of nomads and beautiful surroundings of Seyithan and Lis glacier lakes. Total distance is around 15km
– Hike back to our camp and have dinner, our guide will give a short briefing for tomorrow
– Overnight in Tent (Berçelan plateau)

Day 3: Explore Cilo Glaciers
– After breakfast, we pack our tents and equipments and ready to move to Cilo glaciers
– Start hiking from Mergan plateau to Cilo glaciers through heaven and hell steam (Spixane) and explore million-year-old glaciers, waterfalls, and glacier lakes. Take some pictures and refill our energy. Total distance is around 14km
– Hike back to our camp on Mergan plateau and have dinner, our guide will give a short briefing for tomorrow
– Overnight in Tent (Mergan plateau)

Day 4: Explore Helel Valley
– After breakfast, we pack our tents and equipments and ready to move to Helel Valley
– Start hiking back to Hakkari, along the way we will visit Kırıkdağ village, Gelezo waterfall, Gelezo church, and Mate church.
– Short break and shopping break in the center of Hakkari, continue to Depin bridge and Helel church and walk through the Helel valley
– Explore the surroundings of Helel valley, waterfalls, and Sümbül mountain (3467m). Total distance is around 16km
– Check in to a hotel in Helel valley, have dinner, our guide will give a short briefing for tomorrow
– Overnight in Hotel (Helel Valley)

Day 5: Short walk to Zap Valley and Transfer to Airport
– After breakfast, we will have a short walk and photo-shoot in Hakkari Zap Valley, walk to Ava Are waterfall (around 5 km) and return to our vehicle.
– Our program finish at 2PM and transfer to Van airport (3hrs drive)
– Say goodbye to our guide and bring wonderful memories home
